Fit the code printed under the barcode (sk…, sh…) inside the white box
The camera reads the code printed under the barcode, like sk25061715165400395.
Scan a product to see which customer it belongs to.
Add a customer's cart
- Copy the customer's Shein cart link.
- Open Safari, paste the link into the address bar and go. If Safari asks to open the SHEIN app, tap Cancel.
- If Shein shows a "confirm you're human" box, tick it and wait until you see the products.
- Open your bookmarks and tap Get SKUs. This app opens with the cart's items.
- Type the customer's name and tap Add.
On a PC: add carts, then send them to the scanner
- Show the bookmarks bar (Ctrl+Shift+B), then drag this button onto it: Get SKUs
- Open a customer's Shein cart link. When the products show, click Get SKUs in the bookmarks bar and type the customer's name. Repeat for each customer.
- Go to Customers, click Send to scanner, and send the short link to the person who scans the box. Their scans then show up live on your PC.
One-time on iPhone: install the "Get SKUs" button
- Tap Copy button code below.
- In Safari tap the Share icon, then Add Bookmark. Name it Get SKUs and save.
- Open Bookmarks, tap Edit, tap Get SKUs, clear the address and paste the copied code. Tap Done.

- If a product has the same SKU for two customers in different sizes, the app asks you which size the label shows.
